OnPage Celebrates Successful Year

OnPage welcomes the new year with open arms. Though the team is excited for the new decade, we’d like to look back at our organizational growth and success in 2019

The previous year consisted of several Gartner mentions and the release of innovative, new OnPage capabilities. This post discusses and provides detail into these notable accomplishments.

Gartner Recognizes the OnPage Solution

OnPage was mentioned in four 2019 Gartner reports including, clinical communication and collaboration (CC&C), IT service management (ITSM), superior IT performance and IT business continuity management

Gartner recognized OnPage for its persistent eight-hour alerting, HIPAA-compliant messaging, on-call schedules and alert escalations. This recognition solidifies OnPage’s ability to provide a robust alerting solution, ensuring that teams never miss critical alerts in urgent situations.

Release of Out-of-the-Box Integrations

OnPage released new integrations with ticketing and healthcare scheduling systems. Integrations include those with Amion Physician Scheduling, Datto’s Autotask and ServiceNow

By combining Amion’s scheduling solution with OnPage’s HIPAA-compliant clinical communications platform, healthcare organizations can give patients and staff instant, 24×7 access to on-call physicians while eliminating the need for operator or call center services.

Additionally, OnPage takes advantage of a ticketing system’s capabilities to deliver intelligent, automated alerts on mobile. At its core, on-call engineers receive distinguishable and immediate audible alerts, detailing the extent of a client’s IT infrastructure issues.

New OnPage Features

OnPage continued to innovate in 2019, launching features to further streamline care team and IT workflows.

Administrator-user secure communications enable console administrators to initiate two-way exchanges with OnPage mobile users. After initiating the exchange, console administrators have access to threaded communications, highlighting when an on-call mobile user responded.

OnPage also released a mobile chat view, allowing teams to collaborate in a similar way to a chat app. Users can even “reply all” to messages so the entire incident team sees the message.
