Auto-sync UKG schedules to OnPage. No more manual updates.
Mirror shifts and rotations from UKG into OnPage so secure messages and critical alerts automatically route or escalate to the right on-call clinician or engineer in real time.
Why this integration
Schedules change constantly. Re-keying rosters into every tool creates noise, delays, and mistakes. With OnPage + UKG, your UKG schedule is the single source of truth; OnPage reads it and keeps on-call/escalation routing aligned, automatically.
You get: fewer manual updates, fewer paging errors, faster response times.
How it Works
-
Seamless sync from UKG → OnPage (with optional write-backs where appropriate, discuss with your customer success/sales team).
-
Real-time or near-real-time updates: new shifts, swaps, or changes in UKG reflect in OnPage schedules and escalation groups.
Key Benefits
-
Accurate routing: OnPage uses synced roles/units/locations to route critical alerts to the correct, currently on-duty person.
UKG stays the system of record. OnPage handles critical alerting and rich delivery receipts.
-
Zero double-entry: stop porting schedules; reduce scheduling busywork.
-
Fewer misroutes: always contact the current on-duty clinician/engineer.
-
Faster time-to-respond: real-time updates mean no stale rosters.
-
Audit-ready: delivery receipts and acknowledgment timelines in OnPage.
-
Scales easily: works across departments, service lines, and sites.
Connect your UKG schedules to OnPage’s CC&C system
Let’s talk about how OnPage’s schedules can automatically mirror your UKG (Kronos) schedules so the right on-call staff or clinician
always receives critical alerts/messages via OnPage, without manual updates or missed hand-offs.
Use Cases
Clinical staffing and on-call coordination
Automatically sync physician and nurse schedules from UKG into OnPage to ensure the right on-duty clinician receives critical notifications (or “Page”)/messages.
No more missed hand-offs or calls to the wrong provider. OnPage routes messages to whoever’s currently scheduled, even if shifts change mid-day on UKG schedule.
Hospital operations and code response
When UKG updates a shift or adds a new team member to a unit, OnPage instantly adjusts escalation policies.
Code blue, rapid response, and lab notifications reach the correct, active team members in seconds — improving patient safety and reducing alarm fatigue.
IT and facility on-call management
Mirror IT, biomedical, and facilities rotations from UKG into OnPage so system outages, power failures, or equipment alerts automatically escalate
to the active on-call engineer or technician. Teams stay in sync across departments using a single source of schedule truth.
Workforce flexibility and shift coverage
Enable staff swaps or last-minute coverage changes in UKG to immediately reflect in OnPage schedules.
Everyone sees the latest lineup, minimizing paging confusion during shift changes and ensuring continuous coverage for both patient care and infrastructure support.
Compliance and accountability
Maintain a verifiable record of who was on call and who responded to each alert.
OnPage’s delivery receipts, timestamps and Message Reports provide a complete audit trail for hospital compliance, incident management, and accreditation reporting.

-
Is this real-time?
Yes. If UKG scheduling events are available in your tenant, updates can be real-time. Otherwise, we sync on a short cadence (e.g., every few minutes).
-
Do we have to give full UKG access?
No. We request the least-privilege scopes needed for schedule read (and optional write-backs if you want them).
-
What about identity mismatches?
We reconcile users via email or OnPage ID. We’ll flag any that don’t match so you can correct directory data.
-
Can OnPage write back to UKG?
In most deployments this is a read-from-UKG → write-into-OnPage pattern. If you want the other way round as well, we’ll review what your UKG product supports and scope it accordingly.
-
What does the pilot cost/timeline look like?
We might be able to scope a lightweight pilot for one unit/department; timeline depends on UKG access and your review cycles.
