Privacy Policy

ONPAGE Corporation (“ONPAGE”) provides this Privacy Policy to inform you of ONPAGE’s practices regarding the collection, use and disclosure of personal information ONPAGE receives from users of www.onpage.com and other websites owned and operated by ONPAGE (the “Site”) and the OnPage priority messaging application (“OnPage”. The Site and OnPage Service will be referred to together as the “Services”) (). This Privacy Policy applies to personal information that you provide when you use the Services and that ONPAGE and business partners of ONPAGE collect through the Services.

1. Information Collection: The Personally Identifiable Information that ONPAGE Collects

In the course of using the Services, you may provide ONPAGE with personally identifiable information. This refers to information about you that can be used to contact or identify you, and information related to your use of the Services that may be connected with you and identify you (“Personal Information”).  Personal Information that ONPAGE collects may include, but is not limited to, your name, phone number, credit card or other billing information, email address and home and business postal addresses.

When you use the Site, ONPAGE’s servers automatically record information that your browser sends. This information may include, but is not limited to, your computer’s Internet Protocol (‘IP’) address, browser type, your session duration and information you search for.

Like many websites, ONPAGE may also use “cookies” to collect information. A cookie is a small data file that ONPAGE transfers to your computer’s hard disk for record-keeping purposes. ONPAGE may use “persistent cookies” to save your registration ID and login password for future logins to the Site; and ONPAGE uses “session ID cookies” to enable certain features of the Site, to better understand how you interact with the Site and to monitor aggregate usage and web traffic routing on the Site. The techniques our partners employ do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, postal address or telephone number.  You can visit this page to opt out of our partners’ targeted advertising. You can instruct your browser, by changing its options, to stop accepting cookies or to prompt you before accepting a cookie from the websites you visit. When you use OnPage, ONPAGE’s servers will receive and transmit the pages that you send and receive, including the traffic data associated with the pages.

2. How ONPAGE Uses Personal Information?

Personal Information is or may be used for the following purposes: (i) to provide and improve the Services (ii) to administer your use of the Services, (iii) to enable you to enjoy and easily use the Services;, (iv) to better understand your needs and interests, (v) to fulfill requests you may make, (vi) to personalize your experience, (vii) to provide or offer software updates and product announcements, and (viii) to provide you with further information and offers from us that ONPAGE believes you may find useful or interesting, including newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information on services and products offered by ONPAGE. If you decide at any time that you no longer wish to receive any such communications, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in any of the communications sent to you, or update your “account settings” information. ONPAGE uses information obtained by technical means (such as the automatic recording performed by ONPAGE’s servers or through the use of cookies) for the above purposes and in order to monitor and analyze use of the Services, for the Services’s technical administration, to increase the Services’ functionality and user-friendliness, to better tailor it to your needs, to generate and derive useful data and information concerning the interests, characteristics and behavior of ONPAGE’s users, and to verify that users of the Services meet the criteria required to process their requests.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure

ONPAGE Users. ONPAGE will display your Personal Information in your profile page and elsewhere on the Services according to the preferences you set in your account. Any information you choose to provide should reflect how much you want other ONPAGE users to know about you. ONPAGE recommends that you guard your anonymity and sensitive information, and encourages you to think carefully about what information about yourself that you disclose in your profile pages. You can review and revise your profile information at any time.

Service Providers, Business Partners and Others. ONPAGE may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate the Services, or any portions of them, to provide the Services on ONPAGE’s behalf, to perform related services (including but not limited to data storage, maintenance services, database management, web analytics, payment processing, and improvement of the Services’ features) or to assist in analyzing how the Services are used. These third parties have access to your Personal Information only for purposes of performing these tasks on ONPAGE’s behalf.

Compliance with Laws and Law Enforcement. ONPAGE cooperates with government and law enforcement officials and private parties to enforce and comply with the law. ONPAGE will disclose any information about you to government or law enforcement officials or private parties as ONPAGE has a good faith belief that such disclosure is necessary or appropriate to respond to claims and legal process (including but not limited to subpoenas), to protect the property and rights of ONPAGE or a third party, to protect the safety of the public or any person, or to prevent or stop any activity that ONPAGE may consider to be, or to pose a risk of being, illegal, unethical, inappropriate or legally actionable.

Business Transfers. ONPAGE may sell, transfer or otherwise share some or all of its assets, including your Personal Information, in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets or in the event of bankruptcy.

Preventing harm. ONPAGE may share your Personal Information in any case where ONPAGE will reasonably believe that sharing your information is necessary to prevent imminent physical damage or damage to property.

4. Changing or Deleting Your Account Information

Certain Personal Information is required to continue providing you the Services. If you delete these details, ONPAGE may not be able to provide you the Services or continue to maintain contact with you when necessary. Except as required by law, ONPAGE will not use or disclose your personal information for any purpose for which you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw consent, you agree that in spite of this withdrawal ONPAGE may continue to use your Personal Information previously provided or collected to the extent that ONPAGE is contractually or legally obligated to retain and to the extent necessary to enforce any contractual obligations you may have.

5. Security

ONPAGE implements systems, applications and procedures to secure your personal information, to minimize the risks of theft, damage, loss of information, or unauthorized access or use of information. However, these measures are unable to provide absolute assurance. Therefore, ONPAGE does not guarantee and you cannot reasonably expect that the Services will be immune from any wrongdoings, malfunctions, abuse, misuse, unlawful interceptions or unauthorized access

6. ONPAGE’s Policy Toward Children

The Services are not directed to children under 18 years of age. ONPAGE do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided ONPAGE with Personal Information without their consent, he or she should contact ONPAGE at [email protected] If ONPAGE becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided ONPAGE with Personal Information, ONPAGE will delete such information from its files and terminate the account.

7. Links to other Services

The Services may contain links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by ONPAGE. ONPAGE is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other websites, and encourages you to read their privacy statements and policies.

8. Data retention

ONPAGE will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the services and as required to comply with any legal obligation, to resolve disputes and to enforce ONPAGE’s agreements. 9. Changes to the privacy policy

ONPAGE may update this privacy policy to reflect changes to ONPAGE’s personal information practices. ONPAGE will notify you of any material changes in this policy by sending you a message to the e-mail address specified in your account or by posting a notice on the Services prior to the change becoming effective. ONPAGE encourages you to periodically review this page for the latest information on ONPAGE’s privacy practices.

Continuing to use the Services after such changes take effect indicates your acceptance of the amended policy. If you do not agree with any of the amended terms, you must avoid any further use of the Services.
