Accounting Manager (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We are seeking a high energy, dependable and detail-oriented individual with a can-do attitude to join our growing company. The individual must have experience working in a prepaid subscription with recurring revenue organization, excellent verbal and written communication skills, thorough understanding of GAAP and be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Pro.

Key Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all financial, accounting and HR facets of the corporation

· Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes

· Perform quarterly and year-end financial audit activities and the annual corporate financial controls audit

· Assess current practices and procedures, and make recommendations for improvements

· Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness

· Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested

· Supervise and/or manage general ledger accounting functions

· Select and negotiate rates with various vendors for competitive rates.

· Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

· Develop budgets and forecasts for proposed projects, measured actual performance against standards and interpreted the results of operation

· Work with CEO on special corporate projects.

Qualities:

· Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance desired

· Minimum of 3-5 years hands-on experience in small corporation.

· Experience working in subscription base (e-commerce), recurring revenue model – MUST!

· Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, laws, and practices

· Experience with QuickBooks Pro – MUST!

· Highly proficient in Excel. – MUST!

· High attention to details, Deadline oriented.

· Confidentiality, Time Management, Data Entry Management.

· Team player and fun to work with.
