How It Works

1. Configure Honeybadger to send webhook notifications to OnPage when new errors occur

2. OnPage receives the data and generates a high-priority alert using your team’s routing rules

3. The on-call responder is notified immediately via mobile, with full error details

4. If no one responds in time, OnPage escalates the alert to the next contact in line

5. Closing the issue in Honeybadger can optionally trigger alert resolution in OnPage

6. Every alert and response action is logged for transparency, audits, and incident reviews
