How It Works

1. Configure Terraform’s notification triggers (via Run Tasks or Webhooks) to send events to OnPage

2. OnPage parses the payload and creates a real-time alert using your routing rules

3. Alerts are sent instantly to on-call engineers with relevant run details

4. If no response is received within your set timeframe, OnPage escalates to the next contact

5. When the Terraform run completes successfully or status changes, the alert can auto-close

6. All alert activity is logged in OnPage for reporting, SLA monitoring, and audits
