How It Works

1. Define your alert conditions and thresholds within Graylog

2. Use Graylog’s HTTP Notification plugin or webhook capability to send alert payloads to the OnPage Public API

3. OnPage receives and processes the alert, applying your team’s escalation rules and routing configurations

4. The on-call responder receives a persistent alert on mobile—with full message context and response options

5. If the alert isn’t acknowledged in time, OnPage automatically escalates it to the next available person
