Leading Global Law Firm Turns To OnPage For Priority Messaging

A leading global law firm has turned to OnPage for their secure mobile application and web-based console for the sending and tracking of their critical messages

Onset Technology, the creator of OnPage Priority Messaging announced today that a leading global law firm has implemented OnPage for their IT department that supports more than 850 lawyers around the world. The global law firm will use the OnPage app and web-based client to enable better communication and business continuity throughout their locations.

The law firm provides coordinated legal advice on the largest and most complex corporate transactions and litigation matters in a wide array of industires.   As a customer of Onset Technology’s legacy product, META Message®,  they are well aware of Onset’s expertise in the priority messaging field, making the switch to OnPage™ an easy one.  OnPage was able to provide them  messages with persistent and distinguishable alerts along with a repeated delivery until acknowledged.  Security was not a concern as OnPage has a hosted, secure faility with SAS 70 certified and SSAE 16 compliant, fully redundant infrastructure with secure encrypted transmission and other compliance mandated communications.

The law firm will use OnPage’s web-based console alongside the client application in order to send their critical messages to iPhone, Blackberry and Android smartphone users which will allow them to track, manage and audit all sent and received messages from any channel.  With the ability to create escalation groups and set retention policies for automatic exports the firm can view their company’s entire audit trail of priority communications.
